4. USER ACCOUNT

Users can register and open an account on the website by completing the registration form available on the website. When registering, the user must provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information, including, among other things, their name, email address and telephone number. Four Angels Cleaning reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the information provided and to request additional documentation if necessary to confirm the identity of the user or to comply with legal obligations.

5. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLIENT

The client recognises and accepts that they are responsible for guaranteeing the necessary conditions for the correct provision of the cleaning services contracted with Four Angels Cleaning. To this end, the client undertakes to fulfil the following responsibilities:

• Guarantee access to the property: The client must facilitate the entry of Four Angels Cleaning personnel to the place where the service will be provided on the scheduled date and time. If access is not possible due to restrictions imposed by the client or third parties, the company may cancel the service without the right to a refund or apply additional charges for rescheduling.
• Provide a safe environment: The client must ensure that the premises are safe for the cleaning staff, avoiding the presence of hazardous materials, exposed cables, unstable structures or other risk factors. If the site does not meet adequate safety conditions, Four Angels Cleaning may suspend the service until such conditions are corrected, without assuming any responsibility for the interruption of work.
• Safeguarding valuables and personal belongings: The client is responsible for protecting and securing any valuables before the start of the service. Four Angels Cleaning will not be responsible for loss, misplacement or damage to objects that have not been properly safeguarded.
• Providing special instructions: If there are specific requirements for the cleaning of certain areas, surfaces or equipment, the client must inform Four Angels Cleaning in advance and in writing. The company will not be liable for damage to delicate or sensitive materials whose nature or special requirements have not been previously communicated.
• Notify incidents within a reasonable period of time: Any claim or complaint about the execution of the service must be communicated to Four Angels Cleaning within a reasonable period of time after the service has been provided, allowing the company to assess the situation and, if necessary, take corrective measures.

Failure by the client to fulfil these responsibilities does not exempt them from the obligation to pay for the services agreed and may result in additional charges if it causes delays, rescheduling or extra operating costs for Four Angels Cleaning.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Four Angels Cleaning will provide its cleaning services with a high standard of quality and professionalism, employing trained personnel and suitable products for the execution of the agreed tasks. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Four Angels Cleaning shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses arising from the use of its services or from any incident that occurs in the client's property before, during or after the provision of the service.
The company shall not be liable for damage to objects, furniture, surfaces or facilities when such damage results from their previous deterioration, improper use, lack of adequate maintenance or the use of cleaning materials recommended by the client without having been previously evaluated by Four Angels Cleaning. The client must inform in advance about the existence of delicate surfaces, sensitive materials or any element that requires a specific treatment. Failure to provide this information exempts Four Angels Cleaning from any liability for damages resulting from the application of standard cleaning procedures.
Four Angels Cleaning will not be liable for any loss, misplacement or damage to personal belongings, valuables, documents or cash that have not been secured prior to the execution of the service. It is the sole responsibility of the client to secure such items before the arrival of the cleaning staff.
The company will also not assume responsibility for delays, cancellations or interruptions of the service that are caused by factors beyond its control, such as restrictions on access to the property, failures in basic supplies (water, electricity), adverse weather conditions, labour disputes, government orders or any other circumstances of force majeure. In such cases, Four Angels Cleaning may reschedule the service at a later date without this generating the right to compensation for the client.
Under no circumstances shall Four Angels Cleaning be liable for consequential, incidental or special damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profit, loss of income, business interruption, reputational damage or any other indirect effect that the client may suffer in relation to the provision of cleaning services.
If, for any reason, Four Angels Cleaning is held liable to the client for damages, such liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the services provided on the date of the incident. This limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
The Client acknowledges that the agreement for Four Angels Cleaning services is made under their own responsibility and accepts that the company does not guarantee specific results beyond the provision of services to a reasonable professional standard. By agreeing to Four Angels Cleaning services, the Client expressly accepts and assumes the risks inherent in the cleaning of their property, limiting any claim against the company to what is expressly established in these terms and conditions.

7. COPYRIGHT

All content on Four Angels Cleaning website, including, without limitation, names, logos, trademarks, images, text, graphics, videos, photographs, illustrations, software and other items are protected by copyrights, trademarks and/or other intellectual property rights owned and controlled by Four Angels Cleaning or by third parties who have licensed or provided their material to the website.
